Terraria is one of those games that prove that sometimes you don't need the most spectacular graphics. As the name implies, Pre-hardmode is a relatively simple mode to bring a new player experience. In the Pre-hardmode, the number of Spawn enemies (randomly generated) is relatively low, the enemy also. Terraria is an action video game developed and published by Re-Logic.It was released on 16 May, 2011 for PC.The game is amazing and even better with mods. It is so nice to see devolopers being engaged with their community and always working on new things to add to the game. The game starts out slow but gets more fun and harder as you go along.

Discord Rich Presence[edit | edit source]
Terraria Overhaul now adds Discord Rich Presence support to Terraria (similarly to DiscordRP mod, except in a much better way). It is possible that in future versions there may be a 'Join' button when on public servers.

When talking to NPCs, the camera will now focus on them and zoom in. Their talking text now takes time to be written. NPC's now have new sounds during dialogues with players. They now play talking animations during dialogues with players.

Dropped Item Changes[edit | edit source]
In Terraria Overhaul items no longer have horizontal air friction, making loot explosions more good looking and annoying. Life and mana pickups are not affected, because explosions make a total mess. They bounce off the ground and walls and now visually rotate. Items also have ground impact sounds.

Main Menu Changes[edit | edit source]
In Terraria Overhaul there are Main Menu Changes for specific dates. Currently there are changes for Friday the 13th, Australia day, International Programmers' Day, April Fools, Halloween and Christmas. To be able to see these, you can change your date on your computer, or just wait.

Terraria Overhaul adds a block named Wet Sand. It is a hard version of sand that doesn't fall with gravity. It occurs in a world when water is on top of sand.
